科研成果

刘融,副教授,博士生导师。本人长期致力于蛋白质生物信息学与传染病系统生物学研究,同时兼顾计算方法的开发与生物学问题驱动的计算分析,在PLoS Computational Biology、Briefings in Bioinformatics、Journal of Proteome Research、Protein Science、Proteins等国际学术期刊上发表论文二十余篇,主持国家自然科学基金青年项目与面上项目。目前的主要研究兴趣包括:基于三维结构信息的蛋白质功能预测算法开发;蛋白质与其他分子(蛋白质、核酸、小分子)的结合特异性研究;病原体与宿主相互作用的系统生物学研究。本课题组招收硕士生和博士生,欢迎具有生物信息学、生物学、计算机科学或其他理工科背景的同学加入(课题组主页为http://liulab.hzau.edu.cn)。
